Strive Together WA is a not-for-profit, registered NDIS provider offering person-centred disability support across Perth’s northern and southern suburbs.
Since 1996, we have supported people to build independence, develop everyday skills and participate in their communities. Our NDIS services include Supported Independent Living (SIL), farmstay respite and Short-Term Accommodation (STA), individual support, and social and community participation programs.
What makes Strive different?
Strive operates Landsdale Farm, an inclusive community farm in Darch. As a client of Strive, you’ll enjoy unique access to nature, animals, outdoor spaces, volunteering opportunities, social activities and practical learning experiences in a welcoming and supportive environment.
Landsdale Farm is also home to Strive’s distinctive Farmstay Respite, where visitors can stay in private, self-contained cabins and receive personalised supports while enjoying meaningful farm-based experiences without leaving metropolitan Perth.
