About us
Strive Together WA is a not-for-profit organisation dedicated to:
Enriching the lives of people with special needs, their families and carers, by providing person-centred services and programs.
Founded in 1996 as Landsdale Family Support Association Inc., our original purpose was to provide respite camps for children with disabilities at Landsdale Farm School. In 2009 we changed our name to Family Support WA Inc, as we expanded our services to include young adults.
Over the last 25 years we have grown to provide a number of services to people of all ages with disabilities, as well as now running Landsdale Farm. In November 2021, we became Strive Community Services Inc., to better reflect the wide-range of community services we provide.
In June 2023 staff from Strive came together to refresh our new vision, purpose and values to better align with what we do.
