Accommodation
Share a house with 1 or more other people supported by Strive Together WA Inc. look after the house and everything in it. We do this in an individualised way, with each housemate sharing the house, with their own preferences and day-to-day life, rather than a traditional “group home”
Supported Accommodation
Receive support from an individual, couple or family in their home as a member of the household. The home sharer receives an allowance to provide this support. Strive oversees support and arrangements.
Homeshare
Independent living
Receive support to live in your own home. This may be 24/7 support or on a schedule that suits you.

Individual Support
In-home
Support for you or a family member in and around your home, to undertake daily tasks or activities.
Personal Care
Support for you or your family member to undertake personal care routines in your home.
Community Support
Support for you or your family member to be part of the community. This may be shopping, going to school, TAFE or uni, going to work or volunteering, participating in sport or other social activities.
Farm Stay Respite
(Short and medium-term accommodation)
Stay for a short period (overnight or for a period of weeks) at one of our cottages at Landsdale Farm. Enjoy the sense of space and freedom. The farm has a lovely calming effect and is excellent for the mind, body and soul. Strive will provide support staff and make all arrangements.
Each cabin is set up as a small house, with separate bedrooms, a bathroom and a kitchen/living area. This is a unique place to come and have a supported break away from the day-to-day routine of life.

Social Activities and Skills Program
SKLUBB
Social Skills Club for teenagers and young adults with a disability. This is run at the Wanneroo Youth club on Tuesday afternoons and we provide a 3:1 ratio of staff. SKLUBB is a place to connect, belong and make lasting friendships.
On the Town
We have listened to our participants; we are in the process of developing a supported social group run on weekend evenings. We anticipate that this group will be based on a 4:1 staffing ratio. have suggested a weekly catch up in different locations and taking part in a variety of activities, such as The Comedy Lounge, live music gigs and barefoot bowls. If this sounds like something you would be interested in, please get in contact with us!
ARTSLAM!
Art class for people with a disability. We currently have a group running at Landsdale Farm on Thursday afternoons. This group is facilitated by an artist and support staff, they enjoy getting super creative with a variety of art mediums while listening to great tunes. We are also taking expressions of interest to start a group in Waikiki.
Cooking up a storm
Based at our beautiful Landsdale Farm on Tuesday mornings. This is a supported cooking class for people with disabilities run with a 2:1 staffing ratio. The group makes a shopping list and goes shopping for all the necessary items. Once back at Landsdale Farm, they cook up a lovely meal and eat together, enjoying the surroundings and each other’s company. We are seeking expressions of interest for a Waikiki Cooking up a storm club.
Play Well
We have a few young people interested in creating a LEGO & video gaming group. We anticipate that this group will be based on a 3:1 staffing ratio. We are currently taking expressions of interest. This club will be based at Landsdale Farm at our drop-in facility, “the Hub”. If people south of the river are interested, we will look at creating a group at Waikiki.
